About Temple Beth-El
Located just north of downtown San Antonio at the corner of San Pedro and West Ashby, Temple Beth-El is a Reform Jewish congregation serving approximately 1,200 families, was organized in 1874, and is a founding member of the Union for Reform Judaism, the synagogue body of Reform Judaism. Temple Beth-El is a vibrant, active community of individuals committed to Judaism, social action, tikkun olam, and to each other.
